Alliance Personnel Reputation Management – An update
At the start of December we wrote a post on the work we were doing for one of our clients with regards to their online reputation and improving it.
Alliance Personnel are a Birmingham based recruitment agency who fill roles for a variety of positions including traffic management, HGV drivers amongst many others.
The way we set about improving their reputation was to looking at improving the overall ratings of reviews they were getting across three different platforms: Google, Facebook and Indeed.
To start with we launched a review competition across all three encouraging people to leave reviews and give themselves a chance of winning a prize. This was very popular over the first couple of months. Both Teknet and Alliance agreed to continue running a monthly competition with the prizes changing each month.
Through the course of time, we have seen significant improvements on all three platforms. Having started with a rating of 2.2 stars, Google has increased to 3.2 stars. Facebook began with 3.5 and now sits on 4.1, while Indeed is also on 4.2 having started with 3.6 stars.
There is still more work to be done. But we are very pleased with the results and will continue to look to improve them further in the future.
